Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the artist Senhorita Nance ("Artist") and the client ("Client") for commissioning artwork. By engaging in any transaction or requesting the services of the Artist, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.Commission Process:
1.1 All commission inquiries and relevant information should be reviewed and sent via Direct Messages on Twitter to Senhorita Nance.
1.2 The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request based on payment violation or discomfort with the requested content.Sketch Approval and Modification:
2.1 Upon agreement to proceed with a commission, the Client will receive a preliminary sketch.
2.2 The Client has the option to request modifications to the sketch until they are satisfied with the result.Payment:
3.1 After the sketch has been confirmed, the Client will be required to make full payment for the commission via PayPal.
3.2 The Artist will commence work on the commission only after the payment has been successfully received.Work-in-Progress and Changes:
4.1 The Client will receive periodic updates regarding the progress of their commission.
4.2 During the lineart and coloring phase, the Client may request minor changes to the artwork.Delivery:
5.1 Upon completion of the commission, the Artist will provide the final artwork in the agreed format.
5.2 Any additional fees associated with shipping or delivery of physical goods will be communicated and agreed upon separately.Copyright and Usage:
6.1 The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.2 The Client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless explicitly granted additional rights by the Artist.
6.3 The Artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials, unless specifically requested otherwise by the Client.Refunds and Cancellations:
7.1 In the event of a cancellation by the Client before the commission has commenced, a refund may be issued at the discretion of the Artist.
7.2 Once the commission has been initiated, no refunds will be provided.Limitation of Liability:
8.1 The Artist will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and quality of the commissioned artwork.
8.2 However, the Artist shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the Client as a result of the commission, including but not limited to financial loss, reputation damage, or emotional distress.Governing Law:
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Artist resides.By commissioning artwork from Senhorita Nance, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
